Pros: I really love the ease of use of the software for starters. It's almost cheap enough to buy and just play with, compared to other software in its class. Also, it doesn't lock you into a cloud subscription like some other products. Its PDF creation, conversion, and editing tools are excellent. Having said that, it's packed with powerful document management tools, including some that are surprisingly powerful for a small business or consumer-level product. Overall: Most of the tools in FileCenter are very easy to use out-of-the-box and others take a little time to figure out, due to its sometimes unconventional interface. Some advanced features have a steep learning curve.
